Ordering

All products are subject to availability. After placing your order online, please check your order confirmation to ensure that the right products have been ordered. Please make sure that you have provided the correct telephone number, address and e-mail address, so we can contact you to confirm your order and delivery date. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Barrys Nurseries until we accept your order by way of confirmation email. This will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check that all details are correct and contact us as soon as possible if they are not.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are in Euro inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. The product prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price. Your online transaction is managed by PayPal, a secure and encrypted online payment provider.

For online sales, we ship within Ireland only. We aim to ship all store orders within 7 days of receipt. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. Delivery charges are calculated combining weight, size and destination. Please be aware that we ship from Ireland, all orders are delivered using Irish An Post Mail or UPS tracked and / or recorded delivery services. Customers outside of Ireland need to get in touch in order to arrange an order manually. Customers in the UK or outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country. A delivery fee will be established for national and international pieces and communicated to the client prior to packaging & shipping. Collection from the nursery is available for items if agreed at time of order.

Collection

Orders can be placed online to be collected at the nursery. It currently takes approximately 4 days for us to process orders for collection. Please email or Whatsapp us before collection.

Returns

We hope that you’ll be very happy with your purchases from Barrys Nurseries but we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. If this is the case you need to let us know in writing no longer than 7 working days from the date on which you received the products. We will then get in touch with you to discuss your options.
